🛠️ Job Description (by Business Unit)

💻 Analyst Trainee :- 

•IT & Smart Operations

Perform CRUD operations, database queries, and stored procedures

•Execute test scripts (manual/automated)

•Resolve IT service tickets and incidents

•Use IT Service Management and Data Analytics tools

☁️ Analyst Trainee :-

• Multicloud Monitor and administer IT infrastructure (network, storage, cloud)

• Follow SOPs, runbooks, and client security guidelines

• Handle incidents and ensure uptime in a 24/7 support environment

🖥️ Analyst Trainee : – 

• Digital Workplace Services

Provide tech support to end users

• Troubleshoot and resolve software/hardware issues

• Document incidents and contribute to IT knowledge base

• communicate effectively with global clients
