Role Overview:
As an Associate Software Engineer, you'll play an integral role in designing, building, and deploying innovative software solutions that meet the evolving needs of our global customers. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to operations or other development teams.
• Maintain and update technical documentation for assigned components.
• Translate low-complexity business requirements into functional, maintainable code.
• Implement solutions in accordance with coding standards and direction from senior engineers.
• Analyze existing code and resolve issues based on best practices and continuous code quality insights.
• Report progress and status of assigned work areas and actively participate in internal discussions and status meetings.
🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience: 1–3 years in software development
• Languages/Technologies:
• C+, Python, JavaScript
• Object-Oriented Software Development
• Microsoft .NET Framework
• Web UI Development
• Web Services & XSLT
• Accessibility Standards: Hands-on experience with Web Accessibility and W3C Accessibility Guidelines
•Cloud & AI: proficiency in AWS architecture and services
• Experience with AI programming, AI architecture, generative AI, and Conversational AI
