Are you passionate about software quality and excited to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment? Amazon is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented QA Testers with 1–2 years of experience to join our Systems, Quality, & Security Engineering team in Bengaluru, India.

# About the Role :- 

As a QA Tester at Amazon, your role is essential in ensuring that our applications meet the highest standards before reaching our customers. You will perform manual testing, maintain and improve test automation frameworks, and help identify defects before they reach production. Your work will contribute directly to the performance and reliability of Amazon’s wide range of services.

# Key Responsibilities :-

Create detailed test plans and execute manual test cases across platforms and devices.

Identify, document, and report bugs clearly and concisely.

Maintain and enhance existing automated tests using frameworks such as Selenium or Appium.

Contribute to on-call and operational excellence (OE) activities, ensuring continuous quality support.

Monitor and manage automated test executions and help ensure tests are reliable and up to date.

Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to improve product quality.

Provide daily summaries and defect reports to keep stakeholders informed of test progress and outcomes.

Identify areas for improvement and help simplify and optimize QA processes.

Grow domain knowledge and technical expertise to independently handle medium-complexity test efforts.

🎓 Basic Qualifications :-

•Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

•1–2 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.

•Understanding of formal test case design techniques and QA methodologies.

•Ability to write, maintain, and execute test cases for functional and regression testing.

•Experience using at least one scripting or programming language (preferably Java).

•Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

•Proactive, self-motivated, and a strong sense of ownership.

#Preferred Qualifications :-

Hands-on experience with automated testing tools and frameworks like Selenium or Appium.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.

Experience working in cross-functional teams.

Knowledge of debugging tools and performance testing is a plus.
