Job Description Summary:
GE Vernova is hiring a Services Analyst for its Power Conversion & Storage (PCS) business in Chennai. This entry-level role is a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and operations of GE’s strategic global aftermarket services. It serves as a launchpad for multiple career paths within GE Vernova, offering hands-on experience in the heart of a dynamic, fast-evolving industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and improve processes for enhancing knowledge of the installed base
• Engage with P&Ls and the global services community to understand and respond to their needs
• Analyze service potential and refine the service recommendation engine
• Support the development of obsolescence management strategies
• Lead small-scale service commercial campaigns
• Gradually increase scope and responsibility to support PCS aftermarket service growth
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration
• Strong analytical abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate in a matrix organization
• A team-oriented mindset with eagerness to learn and grow
• High English language proficiency
