Role Overview:
We are inviting applications for the position of Senior Associate / Management Trainee / Assistant Manager in the Capital Market – Retirement Function under Retail Banking.
This role requires hands-on experience and deep domain knowledge in capital markets, specifically related to retirement plans and operations. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality outcomes within SLAs while managing team performance and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day retirement plan operations including origination, servicing, fund payouts, and reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with retirement regulations and plan structures.
• Oversee middle and back-office processing within service level agreements.
• Implement governance mechanisms including quality checks and communication strategies.
• Participate in regular business reviews and update onshore stakeholders on performance.
• Conduct coaching, mentoring, and career development sessions for team members.
• Monitor team and individual KPIs; ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Prepare dashboards and performance reports on a weekly/monthly basis.
• Drive process improvement initiatives for better efficiency and effectiveness.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications: :-
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of retirement products and capital markets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications: -
• Team management experience (leading teams of 10+).
• Proven track record in leading change and motivating teams.
• Ability to strategize, execute, and communicate effectively across stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success in employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Strong coaching and people development skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience in using tools and technologies to improve operational performance.
