Job Title: Customer Experience Specialist – International Voice Process

Location: Gurgaon, India

Work Model: Initially Onsite (Airbnb Office Gurgaon); Hybrid/Work-from-Home available post training & nesting

Shift: 24x7 with Rotational Week Offs | Primarily North America Time Zones

 About the Role:

Are you passionate about delivering world-class customer service? Airbnb is looking for driven and empathetic Customer Experience Specialists to support our global community. In this voice-based support role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and hosts, ensuring every interaction is helpful, professional, and memorable.

Your Expertise:

🎓 Education: Graduate in any discipline

📞 Experience: Minimum 2 years in an international voice process (BPO/contact center)

🗣️ Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written English, strong grammar, vocabulary & comprehension

🤝 Customer Centricity: Understanding of customer satisfaction metrics, ability to handle sensitive information professionally

🎯 Performance Understanding: Familiar with key functional KPIs related to customer experience

🎧 Listening Skills: Strong active listening and verbal nuance interpretation

💻 Tech & Workspace Requirements:

🔗 Internet: Minimum 10 Mbps high-speed connection for video calls and work applications

🪑 Workspace: Quiet, dedicated home office space (no shared/public areas)

🖥️ Equipment: Airbnb-issued hardware including noise-canceling headset, laptop, etc.

💡 Ergonomics: Proper chair, desk, and lighting setup required

📷 Meetings: Camera must be turned on during virtual meetings unless specified otherwise

📍 Location & Availability:

 • Approved Work Location: Delhi/NCR (Gurgaon or New Delhi only)

• Training & Nesting: Conducted onsite at Airbnb Gurgaon office – satisfactory performance mandatory for WFH transition

•  Shift Timing: 24x7 rotational (must support North American time zones)
