Job Role: Trainee – Manual Testing

The selected trainee will be part of the Total Benefit Administration (TBA) System team. Responsibilities will include configuring and testing Wipro’s proprietary system to meet specific client needs.


Location of Work:

Building 2, Candor TechSpace, IT/ITES SEZ, Sector-48, Tikri, Gurgaon – 122001, Haryana


Eligibility Criteria :-

Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / MCA

Passing Year: 2024 (Only)


Service Agreement: 12 months


Mandatory Skills: Defined Benefit (DB) Technology


Vaccination: Fully vaccinated (2 doses)

Technical Skills Required :-

•Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

•Proficiency in writing simple and complex SQL queries

•Knowledge of manual testing principles

•Familiarity with system testing and quality assurance practices

•Analytical skills to break down complex problems

•Basic knowledge of relational databases (e.g., table relationships, keys, DB2)

•Soft Skills & Communication

Strong verbal and written communication skills

•Ability to collaborate and work as a team player

•Excellent comprehension of organizational goals

•Self-motivated with a proactive attitude

•Takes ownership and responsibility for assigned work



Interview Process :-

 • 1st Round: GATE Assessment (Logical Reasoning)

•  2nd Round: HR Interview via MS Teams (for shortlisted candidates)

•  3rd Round: Managerial Interview (at the Gurugram office)



Documents Required :-

•PAN Card and Aadhar/Voter ID/Driving License/Passport

•Provisional Certificate or Consolidated Marksheet

•All semester mark sheets

•Vaccination Certificate (2 doses mandatory)
