Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :
• Provide exceptional service to a high volume of inbound calls in a performance-driven environment.
• Listen and consult with Card Members to understand their needs, offering personalized solutions and reinforcing the value of card membership.
• Offer relevant recommendations for products or benefits that increase customer engagement and strengthen loyalty.
• Respond to a variety of customer inquiries including statement reviews, card replacements, payment processing, rewards redemptions, and updating account information.
• Resolve customer issues on the first point of contact wherever possible using tools and resources effectively.
• Balance quality, compliance, and productivity while meeting or exceeding individual performance metrics including customer satisfaction, resolution time, and consultative sales.
• Uphold the highest standards of integrity by handling customer information with confidentiality and complying with all regulatory guidelines.
• Navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously with speed and accuracy while interacting with customers.
Minimum Qualifications :
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to connect effectively and naturally with customers.
• Emotional intelligence to acknowledge and empathize with customer concerns and situations.
• Resilience and adaptability to manage a steady volume of customer calls and remain positive during high-pressure situations or changes.
• Technically proficient to handle multiple applications at once and troubleshoot basic digital concerns.
• Dependability in terms of attendance, punctuality, and work commitment.
• Commitment to upholding compliance and data protection standards.
Preferred Qualifications :
• Experience in a customer service or consultative sales role, preferably in a call center or BPO setting.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with customers quickly while delivering personalized solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills, resourcefulness, and ability to handle objections effectively.
• Willingness to adapt communication style based on customer personality and scenario.
• Proactive mindset with a passion for delivering a premium customer experience.
Additional Requirements :
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts aligned with US business hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Hybrid working model: Expected to work from the office at least 3 days per week.
• Must successfully complete background verification as per local laws and company policy.
