🔎 What Will You Do?

As a Python Developer at Quadeye, you’ll be directly involved in the development and maintenance of mission-critical software for our high-frequency trading infrastructure. This isn’t just another coding job  it’s a high-impact role where your software powers live trading strategies and drives results on global financial exchanges.

You will: 

• Analyze and understand real-time problems in trading systems and internal processes.

• Design and implement high-quality engineering solutions using Python.

• Write, test, and deploy code with a focus on reliability, performance, and scalability.

• Collaborate with fellow engineers and trading teams to optimize system performance.

• Monitor deployed software in production and troubleshoot issues to ensure uninterrupted operations.

• Continuously improve code quality, performance, and system design.

• This is a hands-on development role where your ideas and code go live, fast.

Who Are We Looking For?

• We want self-starters who are curious, analytical, and driven by a desire to create high-performance technology. You might be the right fit if you:

• Hold a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (freshers welcome!).

• Are proficient in Python and comfortable writing scripts in Shell/Bash.

• Have a working knowledge of Linux and experience navigating terminal environments.

• Understand basic data structures and algorithms.

• Have familiarity with libraries like NumPy, pandas (a plus, not mandatory).

• Possess excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills.

• Communicate clearly, both in writing and in person.
