 Position Overview :– OTC Junior Accountant (Order to Cash):

We’re seeking enthusiastic, detail-oriented graduates with a background in Commerce or Finance to join our Group Finance team. If you’re ready to begin your professional journey with a global leader and thrive in a fast-paced work environment, this is your moment!

 Key Responsibilities: -

• Handle end-to-end Accounts Receivable (O2C) operations.

• Manage invoicing, cash applications, journal entries, and month-end reporting.

• Conduct intercompany reconciliations and support internal stakeholder queries.

• Collaborate with global teams for efficient process handling.

• Maintain accurate financial records in line with Volvo Group standards.

 

Required Qualifications: -

• Graduate in Commerce / MBA / M.Com (Finance).

• 0–1 year of experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance process.

• Strong understanding of the O2C cycle.

• Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Ability to work under rotating shifts and meet deadlines.

💡 Desirable Skills: -

• Working knowledge of SAP is a plus.

• Well-organized, self-motivated, and dependable.

• Strong problem-solving and time management skills.

• Professional attitude and attention to detail.
