Tikri, Sector-48, Gurgaon – 122001, Haryana

 Documents Required (Mandatory at the time of joining) :

• PAN Card and Aadhar Card / Voter ID / Driving License / Passport

• Provisional Certificate / Consolidated Mark Sheet from University & All Semester Mark Sheets

• Vaccination Certificate (Must be vaccinated with 2 doses)

 Mandatory Skills :

• Defined Benefit (DB) Tech

• Strong logical and analytical reasoning

• Passion for testing and quality assurance

Job Overview :

The Trainee is responsible for configuring and testing Wipro’s proprietary Total Benefit Administration System based on client requirements. This includes working with proprietary systems and tools to set up and configure tables/parameters in Wipro systems as defined by analysis.

Technical Skills Required :

• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

• Strong command of Simple & Complex SQL Queries

• Basics of Manual Testing (some hands-on exposure desirable)

• Familiarity with System Testing and QA best practices

• Ability to analyze and break down problems into manageable components

• Understanding of relational databases (tables, keys, DB2, SQL, relationships)

Communication and Soft Skills :

• Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills

• Clear and concise communicator

• Strong understanding of organizational goals and expectations

• Takes initiative, accountability, and full ownership of tasks

• Highly motivated and an effective team player

 Interview Assessment Process :

• GATE Assessment – Logical Reasoning

• HR Round – Conducted via MS Teams (for shortlisted candidates)

• Managerial Interview – Final round, face-to-face at office location

Eligibility Criteria : 

• Must have completed B.E / B.Tech / MCA in 2024

• Must be immediate joiner and available for full-time work

• Must be able to commit to a 12-month service agreement
