Job Summary :
Accenture is actively seeking Regulatory Compliance New Associates with a strong foundation in KYC Screening (Know Your Customer). This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of experience looking to launch their career in compliance, risk management, or financial operations.
This is a full-time opportunity based in Bengaluru, requiring strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and communication skills. Ideal candidates will have exposure or knowledge in Enhanced Customer Due Diligence (ECDD) and Ongoing Customer Due Diligence (OCDD) processes.
Key Responsibilities :
• Perform KYC Screening and due diligence activities (CDD, ECDD, and OCDD) to assess the identity, risk profile, and credibility of clients and business partners.
• Execute regulatory compliance tasks with strict adherence to client policies, standards, and procedures.
• Analyze and verify various documents and data streams to confirm the accuracy and completeness of customer information.
• Identify and escalate any inconsistencies or red flags related to client onboarding and maintenance.
• Collaborate with internal team members and supervisors while executing routine compliance procedures.
• Maintain objectivity and neutrality in all compliance decisions.
• Work efficiently under supervision to complete tasks that follow structured guidelines and standards.
Required Skills and Competencies :
• Strong Communication Skills – Verbal and written fluency in English.
• Analytical Thinking – Comfort synthesizing and interpreting data from multiple sources.
• Attention to Detail – Precision in reviewing documents, records, and data entries.
• Critical Thinking – Ability to make reasoned judgments aligned with regulations and company policies.
• Stress Management – Emotional resilience and ability to work under pressure.
• Adaptability – Willingness to work in rotational shifts and adapt to evolving regulations and client needs.
• Team Collaboration – Ability to work in a team-based setting with a narrow, predefined scope of work.
Eligibility Criteria :
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (e.g., Commerce, Finance, Business, Law, or equivalent).
• Experience: 0 to 2 years (Freshers welcome).
• Knowledge of KYC, ECDD, and OCDD processes is an added advantage.
• Must be willing to work in rotational shifts as per business requirements.
