Job Overview: What You’ll Do
As an Insights Quality Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring Cision’s Insights services meet the highest standards whether produced in-house or via global partners. You’ll work across teams and time zones, leveraging your analytical skills to find patterns, optimize processes, and elevate client satisfaction.
Your role will combine data analytics, process evaluation, performance monitoring, and strategic collaboration. You won’t just identify problems you’ll help solve them.
Key Responsibilities :
🔍 Quality & Data Analysis
•Analyze performance data across teams, locations, and job roles
•Identify statistically valid trends and red flags
•Perform in-depth root cause analysis to detect and correct systemic issues
Process Optimization
• Suggest workflow improvements and potential automation areas
• Monitor SLAs, error rates, productivity levels, and output quality
• Collaborate with training and operations teams for better outcomes
Stakeholder Engagement
• Work closely with internal departments and third-party partners
• Create detailed reports, dashboards, and scorecards for leadership
• Standardize quality review methods and reporting frameworks
Performance Reporting
• Deliver monthly and quarterly KPI reports to senior teams
• Use insights to drive continuous improvement strategies
• Track and promote customer satisfaction metrics and resolution rates
What Success Looks Like
• To thrive in this role, you’ll need to:
• Build reliable, detailed data sets across Insights subprocesses
• Regularly report performance metrics to internal and external stakeholders
• Implement corrective action plans based on data and feedback
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within Cision’s Insights ecosystem
Required Skills & Experience :
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Solid experience with data analysis tools, dashboards, and IT systems
• Background in quality assurance, performance analysis, or team training
• Proven ability to work with data, detect trends, and make informed decisions
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Experience giving constructive feedback and managing cross-functional expectations
• Proactive, organized, and able to meet tight deadlines under pressure
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic environment
Bonus Points (Preferred, Not Mandatory) :
• Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or Project Management certifications
• Experience with external vendor or supplier coordination
• Proficiency in statistical methodologies and tools
