Key Responsibilities
As a Software Engineer I, you will contribute to the design, development, and deployment of scalable and intelligent applications to enhance global colleague experiences. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
• Develop and Deploy robust, scalable features for digital workplace and customer servicing applications.
• Optimize Algorithms for improved performance of AI-powered tools including search and chatbots.
• Collaborate on AI Projects using NLP, Machine Learning, and Generative AI to enhance chatbot intelligence and knowledge discovery.
• Agile Methodology: Participate in daily stand-ups, team demos, and innovation sprints.
• Work on Databases: Design efficient schemas and build ingestion pipelines for SQL/NoSQL environments.
• Search as a Service: Help build search experiences backed by intelligent indexing and ranking algorithms.
• RAG Understanding (Retrieval Augmented Generation): Apply basic knowledge to AI servicing solutions (Good to have).
Minimum Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you should have the following:
• B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• 0–3 years of hands-on development experience in Python, Java, or C++.
• Strong fundamentals in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Software Design Patterns.
• Working knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and distributed systems like Redis, Kafka, Couchbase, or Cassandra.
• Experience with Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Generative AI (GenAI).
• Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) is a strong plus.
