 Role Objective:

As a Junior Analyst, your primary responsibility will be evaluating pre-recorded audio calls and transcripts for Google Ads Quality and Compliance. You will identify and report potential frauds or misuse of sensitive information based on detailed guidelines. Your work will help maintain the integrity of customer interactions and ensure advertiser compliance.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze recorded calls, texts, and messages for compliance, scam indicators, and misuse of sensitive data.

• Obtain consumer/provider information by reviewing communication content.

• Compare collected data against quality benchmarks and compliance parameters.

• Flag scam/phishing activities and sensitive customer data breaches.

• Meet targets for productivity and accuracy consistently.

• Collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.

 Required Skills & Qualifications:

✅ Strong analytical and decision-making skills

✅ Excellent communication (written & oral)

✅ Good understanding of websites and web navigation

✅ Proficiency in multitasking and time management

✅ Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel

✅ Ability to manage fluctuating workloads
