 Job Responsibilities:

• As a fresher in the Engineering & Technology division, you will be expected to work alongside experienced professionals to contribute to the design and optimization of Jio’s international network systems. Below are the key responsibilities:

• Design, Plan & Engineer Networks:

Develop end-to-end solutions for international networks to enhance global connectivity and scalability.

• Cross-Team Collaboration:

Coordinate with device and product development teams to collect and analyze requirements that support the deployment of roaming capabilities across 4G, 3G, and 2G technologies.

• Validate Network Requirements:

Participate in validating technical documentation and network designs aimed at enabling seamless global roaming.

• Global Roaming Enablement:

Work on key aspects like authentication, authorization, accounting, billing, provisioning, and performance management to support global network connectivity.

• Support Technical Proposals:

Assist in preparing technical documentation for network deployments, upgrades, and infrastructure investments. Contribute insights that aid in business decision-making and budget allocation.

• Service Provider Validation:

Help validate and benchmark the service capabilities of external network providers in terms of performance, coverage, and reliability.

• Network Analysis & Troubleshooting:

Participate in analyzing network performance and routes. Assist in identifying potential bottlenecks and help with root cause analysis.

• Continuous Improvement:

Use gathered data to suggest recommendations for continuous improvement in network reliability, user experience, and deployment processes.

🎓 Education Requirement:

B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Telecommunications, Electrical, or related engineering disciplines from a recognized institution.

👨‍💼 Experience Requirement:

Fresher

This position is open to recent graduates with no prior full-time work experience but a strong academic understanding of telecom and networking principles.
