Job Summary
Wipro HR Services India Pvt. Ltd. is inviting energetic and career-focused graduates to join our Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO) team as a Customer Service Representative. In this dynamic role, you'll be the first point of contact for employee queries via calls, chat, and email, providing top-notch customer support and ensuring client satisfaction through resolution on first contact.
As a CSR, you will operate in a high-performing B2B environment, helping Wipro's clients streamline their HR operations. You’ll be an integral part of delivering operational excellence in a process that drives employee happiness and organizational success.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer service interactions via calls, emails, and chats with utmost professionalism.
• Deliver timely, efficient, and accurate resolutions aligned with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) such as Customer Satisfaction, Handle Time, Customer Effort, and Service Level.
• Ensure first-time resolution and build strong domain knowledge and client understanding.
• Execute follow-ups with clear and complete documentation.
• Exhibit ownership and accountability in attendance and service metrics.
• Maintain internal and client-defined quality standards for every interaction.
• Actively contribute to process improvement initiatives and escalate unresolved issues constructively.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
Skills & Attributes Required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
• Proficiency in computer operations and working knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to work effectively in teams and manage pressure in a dynamic work environment
• Customer-focused mindset with an eagerness to resolve issues and drive satisfaction
• Open to working in rotational shifts (Evening/Night as per US client requirement)
• Positive attitude, initiative-taking nature, and a proactive problem-solver
Educational Qualifications
✅ Eligible Degrees (Freshers or max. 2.5 years of relevant BPO experience):
B.Com, BBA, BA, BCA, BHM, B.Sc., or any other 3-year degree
Note: Stats, Maths, and Economics (Hons.) graduates are not eligible for fresher roles.
✅ Eligible Technical Degrees (Minimum 6 months relevant experience required):
BE, B.Tech, MBA (Full-time)

• Location: Wipro Office, Gurugram, Haryana
• Shift Timings: Evening/Night shifts based on US time zones
• Work Days: 5-day working week with 2 fixed offs
• Mode: Work from Office
