Join Accenture’s dynamic Service Desk Team as a Customer Service New Associate – Query Management, where your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional first-level support to clients across phone, chat, and email channels.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver end-to-end support for customers regarding billing, packages, and technical concerns
Personalize interactions and provide friendly, solution-oriented support
Utilize multiple tools and applications while communicating with customers
insure accuracy, compliance, and productivity targets are met
Collaborate with internal teams and escalate issues when required
Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) to meet communication needs between users and clients
Manage customer queries through phone, email, and chat based on business needs
Maintain detailed documentation, follow-ups, and escalation procedures

Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) & Net Promoter Score (NPS)
Average Handling Time (AHT) & Break adherence
Quality Assurance & Compliance scores
Revenue metrics like sales or credit per chat (if applicable)
Knowledge checks and adherence to process protocols
Attendance and punctuality
First-time resolution rate of customer queries
🧑💻 Who Can Apply?
Graduates from any discipline from a recognized university
10+2 Undergraduates with at least 6 months of experience in customer support or BPO preferred
Candidates passionate about customer service and excited to start or grow a career in ITES/BPO industry
Willing to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays as per business needs
