Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
As a Business Intelligence Analyst at NTT DATA, you will:
1. Analyze complex business problems using data from internal and external sources to deliver actionable insights.
2.Develop forecasts, recommendations, and both strategic and tactical plans based on business data and market knowledge.
3.Create detailed report specifications and design dashboards based on stakeholder needs.
4.Define, develop, and enhance KPI metrics and dashboards to deliver insightful analytics.
5.Collaborate across teams to ensure analytical outputs are meaningful, valid, and implementable.
6.Work with diverse data sources including social media platforms, internal systems, and cloud-based repositories.
7.Design and maintain business intelligence reports and visual dashboards.
8.Extract, clean, analyze, and summarize large datasets to generate reports that inform business strategy.
9.Translate stakeholder needs into data reports, visualizations, and insights.
10.Optimize data visualizations for clearer understanding and rapid consumption.
11.Maintain processes that ensure data accuracy, consistency, and relevance.
12.Draft and edit business process documents, requirement specifications, and solutions-related recommendations.
13.Ensure implementation support for recommendations and tools provided to clients and internal teams.
Skills & Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must bring:
📊 Technical & Analytical Skills:
Strong grasp of data mining, predictive analytics, and data mapping principles.
Experience in collecting data from multiple sources (on-prem and cloud-based).
Deep attention to data accuracy and the ability to organize, analyze, and interpret large datasets.
Proficiency in statistical concepts, reporting packages, and BI tools.
Strong programming experience with querying languages such as SQL, SAS, etc.
Ability to identify trends, business risks, and opportunities.

Extensive experience in analytics roles.
