Key Responsibilities :
• Develop icons, illustrations, infographics, character designs, and visual content based on project/client needs.
• Design and produce engaging motion graphics and video content using advanced tools.
• Apply design principles including typography, color theory, and layout to develop impactful graphics.
• Adapt and optimize content across various platforms including digital, social, and internal media.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and present creative ideas.
• Keep up with design trends, digital innovations, and global best practices.
• Work with a diverse set of tools including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), MS PowerPoint, and Word.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
• A solid understanding of visual design principles and digital media tools.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant design tools.
• Strong English communication skills – both verbal and written.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills from a visual/UX design perspective.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced, and team-oriented environment.
• Openness to learning and using Generative AI (Gen AI) tools in design workflows.
• Additional expertise in game design, animation, 3D, VR, or video/audio editing is a plus.
Eligibility Criteria :
• Graduation Year: 2024 & 2025
• Degree: A four-year full-time degree in one of the following streams:
• Bachelor/Master of Fine Arts (BFA/MFA)
• Bachelor/Master of Design (B.Des/M.Des)
• Bachelor/Master of Visual Arts (BVA/MVA)
• Viscom (4-years)
• Mass Communication (4-years)
• MA / MSc in Computer Graphics / Animation / Multimedia
Academic Performance:
• Minimum 50% aggregate in X, XII, Diploma, UG, and PG.
• No current standing arrears at the time of applying and joining.
• Applicants awaiting re-evaluation results will be assessed based on initially declared stores.
• CGPA must be converted to percentage using university-defined norms.
• Nationality Requirement: Open only to Indian Nationals / OCIs currently residing in India.
• Work Flexibility: Must be willing to work from any Cognizant office location as per assigned shift and technology.

• Portfolio (showcasing creative work in graphic, motion, or related design)
• Relevant industry certifications (if any)
