Accenture is hiring dynamic individuals to support their System and Application Services vertical. As a fresher or early-career graduate, you will get the chance to be part of a future-forward environment involving Infrastructure Services, Application Support, Project Control, Low/No-code Development, and Quality Engineering.
You will be working across service lines on real-world challenges for top clients, helping them transform using the latest technologies, including cloud, data, and AI.
Role Overview
• As a System and Application Services Associate, you’ll:
• Work on infrastructure management for cloud and on-premise systems
• Monitor and maintain business-critical applications and cloud platforms
• Support project delivery operations, ensuring smooth tracking and reporting
• Design low/no-code applications for business needs
• Conduct quality assurance and testing across systems
What You'll Be Doing
Infra Managed Services
• Manage and secure IT infrastructure (on-premise/cloud)
• Ensure SLA-driven service delivery
• Drive improvements for operational efficiency
Application/Cloud Support
• Resolve application issues with technical expertise
• Maintain stable cloud systems
Project Control Services
• Track project timelines and deliverables
• Liaise with multiple stakeholders for project alignment
Low/No-code App Development
• Use visual platforms to build custom solutions
• Optimize internal processes through automation
Quality Engineering
• Design testing procedures and execute usability testing
• Analyze and report results for improvement
Eligibility Criteria
• Education:
Non-engineering graduates or postgraduates: B.Sc., BCA, BBA, B.A, B.Com, etc.
(Not eligible: B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech/MCA/M.Sc in CS/IT/Data Science etc.)
• Pass-out Year: Any year up to 2024
• Backlogs:
No active backlogs at the time of application or onboarding
• Degree Duration:
No academic gaps – complete UG/PG within the standard timeframe
• Work Experience:
Not more than 23 months of full-time experience
• Nationality:
Indian citizens, or those eligible to work in India (Bhutan/Nepal exempt from visa)

Open to working in any shift, any Business Unit, and any location
