 About the Role : 

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for data analytics, reporting, and storytelling through dashboards? Deloitte is hiring a Reporting & Analytics Analyst to be part of its Global Tax & Legal Strategic Priorities Support Hub in Hyderabad.

As a Reporting Analyst, you’ll be responsible for preparing high-impact revenue and opportunity reports, dashboards, and analytical deliverables that drive strategic decisions for Deloitte’s leadership worldwide. Your work will directly empower our global stakeholders to make data-backed decisions and build stronger client relationships.

 Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain client/program/industry-specific revenue and opportunity insights.

• Deliver consistent reporting to Global, Regional, and Service Line leaders.

• Analyze market trends, identify key drivers for wins and losses, and provide actionable insights.

• Design and present data through intuitive visuals using PowerPoint, Excel, and BI tools.

• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and produce customized reports.

• Handle ad-hoc leadership requests and generate tailored analytical outputs.

• Familiarize with C&I Strategic Initiatives and provide necessary reporting support.

• Collaborate with global stakeholders across multiple time zones.

• Share innovative ideas to improve current processes and support strategic growth.

• Proactively engage with internal teams and leadership in strategic discussions.

👥 About the Team – GTL SPSH

The Global Tax & Legal Strategic Priority Support Hub (GTL SPSH) team enables strategic success for Deloitte’s global tax and legal leaders. The team brings together diverse skill sets to deliver PMO support, reporting and analytics, market research, and communications support to enhance Deloitte’s global footprint.

 Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in a reporting or analytics role.

📊 Must-Have Skills:

• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with ability to work with large datasets.

• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.

• Experience in creating interactive dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).

💡 Good to Have:

• Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM or other CRM platforms.

• Strong presentation skills and understanding of data storytelling.

• Well-organized and capable of working independently with global stakeholders.
