Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Java UI Developer to join our Trade IT Development Team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in translating user stories into high-quality, secure, and scalable front-end software solutions. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders and drive delivery within a fast-paced, agile environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Development & Delivery
• Translate user stories into functional and non-functional software components
• Write secure, maintainable, and scalable front-end code
• Adhere to development processes and best practices used by the organization
Collaboration & People :
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business analysts
• Lead by example, encouraging a culture of transparency, feedback, and accountability
• Foster collaboration with other development teams to meet project timelines
Risk & Compliance :
• Ensure code follows secure coding standards to reduce vulnerabilities
• Understand and comply with all applicable regulations and internal codes of conduct
Skills and Experience :
• Frontend UI Technical Stack:
JavaScript, AngularJS, ReactJS, Bootstrap 3+, TypeScript 2+, CSS/SCSS, HTML5 NodeJS, Web Components, Git, WebSockets
• Testing: Karma, Jasmine, Cypress
• Tools & Platforms:
IDEs: Eclipse, IntelliJ IDEA, VS Code
• Version Control: Git
• CI/CD: Maven, Jenkins
• Documentation: Confluence
• Operating Systems: Unix/Linux
Additional Skills:
• Agile Development Methodology
• REST API documentation using Swagger/YAML
• Security frameworks: JWT, OAuth2
Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline
• Proven experience in building scalable UI applications using modern JavaScript frameworks
• Hands-on experience in microservices and secure code practices
